Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: By booking this appointment I understand the associated booking fee is non-refundable. This is a virtual appointment that will be conducted over a secure video call. You will receive an email with a unique link and meeting ID to your session 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please arrive to your appointment at least five minutes before the start time as we may not be able to go beyond the scheduled time due to other appointments. "No-shows" or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a forfeiture of the paid booking fee and you will have to pay a separate booking fee to reschedule. An appointment is considered missed or "no show" if you are late by 10 minutes or more. You also understand that this consultation is for ONE person only.
